March GER Club is the venue for a major fundraising event next month.
Called March into the 1940s the event on March 13 is a day of fun from the war time era and aims to raise money for Help for Heroes and the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
It is open to both members and non-members and starts from 2pm to midnight.
The afternoon entertainment will include short World War Two films, Lindyhop dance lessons for beginners and intermediates from the Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire Lindyhop Experience.
There will also be stalls, refreshments and displays and even a hairdresser creating styles from the 1940s.
In the evening there will be dancing to the music of the 1940s with DJ GI-Jive with a guest appearance by singer Lola Lamour, singing favourite wartime songs.
The preferred dress code for the evening is 1940s, but it is not essential although organisers state no jeans.
Tickets are £12.50. For more information and tickets contact: 01733-245929 or 01354-660688.
