More needed to curb hunting

Along with Julian Kirk - thousands of us struggle to understand how anyone experiences pleasure through the bloody killing of an innocent creature.

After all, the shooting fraternity is a minority 'sport'.

Equally, how many of us ever eat 'game'? I don't see pheasant and partridge in the supermarkets.

Why do we continue to tolerate this barbaric practice where birds are bred to be shot and thus killed or wounded?

Steps were taken to curb hunting. More needs to be done.

When canvassers turn up on your doorstep in the run up to the General

Election, ask them what their party proposes to do about these issues before you pledge your vote.
