Egypt are appearing again on January 31 at the Elme Hall Sunday Rock and Blues Club.
Egypt, made up of Eric Chipulina on guitar and vocals, Alan Fish on bass and vocals and Peter Correa on drums are former members of legendary progressive blues outfit The Groundhogs.
Alan's credentials also include playing with members of Welsh heavy rock pioneers Budgie in the band Tredegar, two albums for ex-Bo Diddley harp player Billy Boy Arnold, and a European tour for Chuck Berry among
other things.
Fenland Arts said of the band: "Having played the Elme Hall Rock and Blues Club since the beginning they always draw the crowd and never disappoint. Heavy rock and blues at it's best. They take no prisoners."
Doors open at 3.30pm with the band's first set at around 4pm.
Families are welcome with free admission for accompanied under 14s.
