YOUR issue June 10 reports March Town Council is to request Fenland District Council for signs to be put up around the town.
In my opinion there are enough signs and I am not sure that another will do any good.
I use the bridge leading from the park into West End each morning and find on most days there are one or more persons cycling across the bridge whilst I walk, notwithstanding, some three notices asking cyclists to dismount.
On one particular occasion I found myself asking the mayor of the time why he was cycling across the bridge.
He said he was in a hurry.
He certainly did not save any time when one takes into account the length of our conversation.
I witness people feeding the ducks and notice that the ducks eat what is offered.
How is that encouraging rats?
