They should be remembered
Re: 'Man's fight for memorial to uncles' (Citizen, April 16).
Of course these brave local brothers, who made the ultimate sacrifice, should be commemorated – especially when you think how many tuppenny ha'penny local politicians have roads named after them.
What did politicians ever do to warrant such an honour, other than further their own ends at local people's expense?
