WISBECH Lions Club were concerned by suggestions made by your correspondent last week regarding the recent Duck Race.
A full set of accounts for the race has been supplied to your correspondent. We presume he is happy with them.

Wisbech Lions Club has a good reputation in our town for helping local groups and worthy causes and we are anxious to maintain this.

The list of people or groups we help is very often displayed in the Fenland Citizen and we are grateful for this.

We rely on the goodwill of our local community to continue our work.

I will be happy to explain how our club works or explain any decisions we make to any local person who is interested.

As a long-term resident of Wisbech I am easily contacted.

Lion Kevin Rodgers
