Exhibition a display of faith

An exhibition on different faiths is currently on display at the Rosmini Centre in Wisbech.

The week-long exhibition to celebrate One World Week was opened on Sunday by Wisbech Mayor Yvonne Lawrence.

It followed a special United Service with Sister Maire Hayes at Our Lady and St Charles Church in Queens Road. Sister Maire works in Luton, a town that is home to many different cultures and religions, and talked about her work there.

On Monday, she also went to St Peter's Junior School in Wisbech and Wisbech Grammar School with Sean Finlay from the Interfaith Forum, to talk with pupils.

The exhibition has photos and information on different religions, such as Hinduism and Chinese faiths, as well as information about the Interfaith Forum.

The event was sponsored by Wisbech Church Together and Wisbech Interfaith Forum.
