London show for local artist

Local artist Danielle Jones is celebrating after her work was chosen for a special London exhibition.

Twenty-two-year-old Danielle, who is the eldest daughter of Ian and Julie Jones of Walsoken, graduated from Northampton University with a first class honours degree in fine art.

She specialises in modern art and several of her creations using plywood have been chosen for an exhibition of graduates work at the Albermarle Gallery.

In fact Danielle, who is currently employed as an administration officer at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn, is one of only seven art graduates nationally to have their work exhibited at the Albermarle.

The exhibition was officially launched at a preview on Thursday and her proud parents were among the guests.
