FIREFIGHTERS had to release a casualty who was trapped in a car upside down in a ditch yesterday (Thursday).
A collision happened between two cars on Broad End Road in Wisbech at around 5.43pm.
One car rolled and ended up in the ditch on its roof.
Fire crews used cutting equipment to release the person from their vehicle.
The air ambulance was in attendance but the casualty was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn by land ambulance.
