A man was "viciously assaulted" in his own home by robbers who escaped with what has been described as a "substantial sum of money".
The man was asleep when three men attacked him and demanded money. The incident happened between 8.30pm and 9.30pm on Monday, August 4, at Wheatley Bank in Walsoken.

The men made off in a blue van decsribed as Transit-sized.

Police want to speak to anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, anyone who saw the van in the area, or anyone who can help track down the culprits.

Contact Downham Market police on 0845-4564567 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555111.
