A MAN has been charged with five counts of attempted murder in connection with an incident that resulted in a collision on the A47.
Joseph Upton, 38, of Murrow Lane, Parson Drove, Wisbech, is due to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court this morning (December 21).
Police were called to the scene of the collision between Guyhirn and Wisbech on the morning of Saturday, November 19.
A car had left the road shortly before 4am and flipped onto its roof.
An investigation was launched into the incident which involved a firearm.
