March Brass 2000 has celebrated its most improved player in the Junior Band.

A cup was presented to Anna Jackson (10), who plays the baritone. Anna attends the Lionel Walden Primary School, where she has class music lessons with Miss Gunn. Anna has been in the Junior Band for approximately 18 months and played a brass instrument for two years.

The cup was presented by March Brass 2000 Chairman, Peter Sutterby, who said that he is very proud of Anna and the progress that she has made.

March Brass 2000 is a family orientated, non-contesting band that welcomes experienced players. The band attends various functions throughout the year and is always looking for experienced players, instruments provided.
