Two Fen Tigers have raised more than £9,000 for a breast cancer charity by cycling from London to Paris.

Kev Welbourn (53) and Dave Kerridge (43) have continued to add to their fundraising for Breakthrough Breast Cancer since getting home from their fundraising cycle ride and want to thank everyone who has supported them.

Kev, who lives in Newton, said: “Both Dave and myself are not only very proud of what we achieved but are also so very proud that we are close to so many kind and generous people.

“We have raised a huge amount of money for a great cause but the support we got from all, well it means a lot more than just the money.”

Kev, who works at Princes Foods, and self-employed Dave, from Wisbech, originally had a target of £3,000 which was quickly smashed prior to their 300-mile cycle ride in June.
