There’s a new face at Wisbech law firm Fraser Dawbarns

Adrian Lazell has been appointed as a senior solicitor to work in the property department.

Adrian has worked for many years with a well-known firm in Spalding, and has considerable experience in the buying and selling of houses and other residential property, as well as in the development of residential sites and in commercial property.

Adrian said: “I am excited to be joining the team at Fraser Dawbarns. I believe that clients value advice that is independent and straightforward and my aim is to work with clients to help them achieve their goals as quickly as possible.”

Outside work, Adrian is a keen runner, having recently taken part in the Peterborough half marathon (achieving a time of 1.59.25), and also has a Saturday evening radio show on Tulip Radio, presenting a range of music from the 1970s.

Tony Cheetham, Managing Partner said: “We are really delighted that a lawyer of the calibre of Adrian Lazell has come to join or property team. He is very experienced and highly capable, and is always prepared to go the extra mile for all his clients.”

Adrian is now working with the Fraser Dawbarns residential team in Wisbech, which includes Chartered Legal Executives Helen Jarvis and Sarah Bridgeland, and also with the outstanding commercial property team, headed by John Aitken, which was recently awarded Tier 1 status in the prestigious Legal 500 directory.
