An administration assistant at Hickathrift House in Marshland St James has received a prestigious Service Award in celebration of working at Barchester Healthcare for 20 years. 'Tracey Hills, now an administration assistant, started at the home in June 1993 as a weekend care assistant and worked her way up to Deputy Manager in 2000, she then moved to the administration department after starting her family in 2003 and has worked with residents and their relatives to ensure that their needs have been met over the years. 'Jeremy Colman, Human Resources Director at Barchester said: 'I'm always pleased to hear stories about the long service of Barchester staff and am delighted Tracey has achieved this milestone.
