The Anglian Players have been set the challenge of learning and performing two short plays in just four weeks.
The amateur dramatic group will be performing Green Forms, by Alan Bennett, and Little Brother: Little Sister, by David Campton, on August 30 and 31 at March Town Hall.
Anglian Players chairman Alan Hooks set the group the challenge after their last production in June was done in just four and a half weeks.
Alan said: “It’s going to be very interesting as we normally do it in three months. But our last one went amazingly well and we proved a lot of people wrong.”
In a change from their usual offerings, the short plays are also a bit darker, rather than comedies, offering the actors a chance to develop their skills.
Tickets are £5.50 and £5 for concessions, available from Panini’s.
