Natasha Gunns and her partner Aaron Murphy achieved the challenge of climbing over 3,500 feet to the summit of Mount Snowdon in Wales.

Their adventure also resulted in £639 being raised for leukaemia and lymphoma research. Natasha (20) lives in Wisbech and Aaron (23) is from March.

She explained: “I have recently had family members who have suffered with cancer and have also found out another family member is now suffering with it. I am so pleased with how much I have raised to help all sufferers.

“Mountain climbing has never been my sort of thing. This was all new to me but it was absolutely brilliant and the scenery was amazing.

“I had to stop a few times for a rest but managed to complete it both up and down,” said Natasha, adding the weather was lovely until they reached the peak.
