Pupils and staff at Fenland schools will be getting some help in the kitchen next week.
The Food for Life Partnership’s (FFLP) Cooking Bus will be rolling up to Hall Farm on the Coldham Estate from Monday, June 8.
Sessions will be held for school cooks and teachers during the week and youngsters will also have the chance to roll up their sleeves during bitesize lessons.
FFLP’s local programme manager Carrie Bewick is urging schools to get involved.
She said: “Having the Cooking Bus at Coldham Estate, Hall Farm, for a week is fantastic.
“Schools should seize this one-off opportunity to roll up their sleeves, get cooking and learn from the professionals, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.”
