A HUSBAND and wife have been remanded in custody along with another man to face allegations of conspiring to supply heroin following the discovery of £65,000 in cash and drugs valued at £300,000.
Denise (58) and David Higginson (66) of Begdale Road, Elm, and Darren Driscoll (37), of Queens Street, March, appeared at West Norfolk Magistrates’ Court, in King’s Lynn, on Wednesday (October 10)
The trio were arrested and charged following the discovery of £65,000 in cash and 3kg of heroin, valued at £300,000 by police, in a caravan in Elm, the court heard. They are all accused of conspiracy to supply heroin between March 2011 and July this year.
The case was committed to Norwich Crown Court for trial. The three will appear there on Wednesday, October 24.
