Two men have been arrested in connection with a series of commercial burglaries across Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire.
The men, aged 24 and 44, were held after a large police operation at a site in Potton, Bedfordshire, today (Tuesday).
A total of 47 officers from both forces were involved in the operation shortly after 6am.
The men were arrested in connection with a number of offences including four non-dwelling burglaries, between August and November, where cigarettes and safes were targeted.
Two sheds containing cannabis plants were also discovered on the site. Officers seized more than 40 plants.
The men are currently in custody at Parkside Police Station.
