Families in March will be able to cheer as Father Christmas and his helpers tour the town.
March Lions and the Rotary Club of March have teamed up to help Santa tour the town over the coming weeks.
This year the group will be raising money for Eddie’s, Magpas, YPM and March Solo Group for Bereaved partners.
On Wednesday, December 2, Father Christmas will be visiting: Cavalry Park, Worsley Chase, Olivers Way, Kingsley Way, Fleetwood, Cavalry Drive, Suffolk Way, Breton Avenue, Hunters Chase, back to Cavalry Drive Finishing at the Upwell Road end.
While on Thursday, December 3, he will be in: Elwyn Court, Eastwood Avenue, Green Street, Smith’s Drive, Grounds Avenue, Mallard Way and area, and Badgeney Road.
The tour will start each night at about 6pm and will finish no later than 8pm.
A spokesman said: “Last year thanks to the wonderful generosity of the people of March, we raised a total of £1,000 which was split between 4 charities. This year we are hoping to go more slowly (we are doing two extra nights). We hope we will see you somewhere on our routes.”
