A challenge has been put out to the children of Fenland to design a Christmas card for one of the area’s businesses.
Whittlesey electrical retailer Kellyvision is celebrating 30 years in business this year and would like to give one primary school child the chance to have their drawing featured on the front of the festive cards that will be sent out this Christmas.
Not only that, the creative youngster will get an early Christmas present in the shape of a 19” LED television worth £200 and their school will receive a £50 voucher to spend in the Whittlesey store.
Tina Cawood, from Kellyvision, is hoping plenty of children will get busy with felt-tips, glitter and crayons to come up with a lovely festive design the company will be proud to send out to its customers.
To be in with a chance of winning, all you have to do is create a Christmas card design, no bigger than A4, and send it in to the Citizen at 11 Union Street, Wisbech, PE13 2ED. Be sure to include your name, age, address, phone number and school on the back of your entry.
The competition is open to children aged up to 11 years. The closing date for entries is Friday, November 1, 2013.
