A salon owner cut out alcohol for the whole of January to raise money for charity.
Ian Norris, owner of Cappuccino Studio in Walsoken, did the ‘Dryathlon’ and raised £500 for Cancer Research UK.
He thanked all his clients for their support and generosity.
This is the second year the cancer charity has run its teetotal fundraising, encouraging people to save money by not drinking throughout January as well as being sponsored to raise money for a good cause.
More than 35,000 dryathletes quit drinking for the charity’s first Dryathlon campaign in January 2013, raising over £3m.
