Three new teachers joining Wisbech Grammar School at the start of the academic year have brought a wealth of experience to the classroom.
Matthew Sansom, head of economics and business, managed a small company after studying business at Brunel University. In his spare time the father of three has stripped down and rebuilt a 1968 MGB sports car and he is a keen motorcyclist.
Joining the mathematics department is Marc Davies. After completing a master’s degree in physics at the University of Nottingham he pursued a banking career in the City of London before completing his teacher training in London at the Institute of Education and St Paul’s School. Since then he has been teaching maths at a leading Harris academy in London. A keen sportsman, he has coached on summer camps in the United States of America.
Tom Banham, who read industrial design and technology at Loughborough University, is teaching design and technology and he is a cricket and rugby enthusiast.
