Youngsters at Burrowmoor Primary School looked into the future last week as part of a Geography project.

Each class at the March school took on a different aspect of the project, from looking at the town centre to thinking about what changes they could make to the local park.

Year 4 teacher Charlotte Norman explained the week-long project was designed to boost awareness of Geography throughout the school.

It got the children looking objectively at the local area and evaluating how it could serve the people of the town in years to come.

They were encouraged to come up with ideas of how they would improve things.
