Everything from whopping cabbages and cauliflowers, to tasty cakes and preserves helped make Saturday’s 13th annual Walpole Gardeners Club Flower and Produce Show a massive success with an excellent quality of entries in all 50-plus classes.

Apart from fruit, vegetables and flowers, there were also classes for bread, cakes and home-made preserves. The flower arrangement saw contestants design colourful table arrangements and there were also a number of young gardeners who took part.
