Once a year, buildings open their doors free of charge to allow the public access to some of our most historical and interesting places.
Fenland always joins in the Heritage Open Days with gusto and this year has been no exception.
There have been photographic displays, dressing up, guided tours and talks at a variety of places, from libraries to churches, Grade II listed buildings to a phone box.
It is a once-a-year chance to discover architectural treasures and enjoy a wide range of tours, events and activities that bring local history and culture to life.
We sent out our Citizen photographers to just a handful of the places that were open from Thursday through to Sunday to celebrate the annual Heritage Open Days event.
What events did you take part in this weekend? Or if you missed out, make a note for next year!
