THE Granary at Long Sutton is holding a fundraising event on Saturday (June 25) raising money for diabetes in memory of a friend who died from the illness over two years ago.
The annual black tie event is in memory of Amanda Deaton and last year, over £1,000 was raised.
The organisers are hoping this year will be just as successful with money going to Long Sutton Diabetes Society.
Headlining the night is the five-piece chart soul band Riverhouse from Cambridgeshire.
They cover hits from Alicia Keys to Jay Z, Jessy J, Ami Winehouse, The Jam and more.
Tickets are £10 which includes a buffet available from The Granary or by calling 01406-364675.
The evening starts at 8pm.
