Have your say

Esselle Ladies Gym is the first gym in Wisbech to offer kettlercise classes and the Citizen has teamed up with them to give one lucky reader a course of 18 classes along with a 4kg kettlebell for them to take home.

Kettlercise is a brand new fitness class that incorporates the use of kettlebell training in a friendly group atmosphere.

Regular kettlebell training is typically carried out using heavy weights whereas kettlercise is carried out using light weights and is set out in a non stop routine that will work every single muscle in your body to ensure you melt away fat, tone up, improve core stability and dramatically improve endurance. It is effectively a three in one workout incorporating cardio, weight training and core training.

Kettlercise is very effective at toning the body particularly the legs, bum, hips, and stomach. You will see a noticeable improvement in your body shape and tone as well as your fitness levels within just a few sessions.

Trainer Julia Barraclough started at Esselle as an apprentice gym instructor and has successfully gained her NVQ diploma at the gym.

She will be running classes on Mondays from 10am to 11am, Wednesdays from 8pm to 9pm and Thursdays from 7.15pm to 8.15pm and 8.15pm to 9.15pm.

Answer the following question: What weight is the kettlebell the winner will receive?

Put your answer on the back of a sealed envelope or postcard, along with your name, address and a daytime telephone number, and send it - marked KETTLERCISE COMPETITION - to the Citizen at 11 Union Street, Wisbech.

Entries can also be emailed to competitions@fenlandcitizen.co.uk

Closing date is 10am on Tuesday, August 28.
