Man appears in court after assault in Elm

A Wisbech man has been charged with grievous bodily harm after a serious assault in Elm.

Danny Horn (20), formerly of Scrimshires Passage and now of no fixed abode, appeared in court this morning (Tuesday) after being charged at King’s Lynn Police Investigation Centre yesterday (Monday).

The case has been adjourned and Horn will appear at Norwich Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on April 22. He was remanded in custody until that time.

The assault happened at a property on Outwell Road, Elm, at around 6pm on Wednesday, April 2. The male victim sustained a broken jaw on both sides and lost a tooth in the attack.
