Most English me think relationship equality exists - but most women don’t
On the eve of this year’s International Women’s Day, the theme of which is gender equality, a survey has found that most English men view their female partner as their relationship equal but most English women do not see themselves like that.
Online dating site Victoria Milan, the premiere infidelity website for attached people who wish to have anonymous online affairs, asked its English members what they think is the role of the woman in their relationship.
A total of 2,174 people responded, with 55 % of males saying that their female partners had an independent, modern role that was equal to theirs, whereas only 33% of women said that of themselves.
