A coffee morning has raised £1,100 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The event in St Peter’s Church Hall, March, was organised by the family of Dennis (Spud) Taylor and Pam Shaw following their diagnosis.
Fundraising was kicked off after Mr Taylor’s granddaughter Katie and her friend Maddie Setchfield raised £32 with a sponsored silence at a darts match on October 2.
Katie’s mum Gemma Taylor said: “We had a great day. Katie and Maddie’s tombola was a huge success and with the raffle, guess the clowns name and donations for the cake and coffee we raised £1,100”
