New faces have joined the team at a Fenland estate agents.
Ellis Winters & Co has recruited two new members of staff at its brand new office on the High Street in March.
Adayna Collins, 23, from Chatteris joins the existing team as trainee sales negotiator and Natasha Nowak from March, who also happens to be Adayna’s mum, has taken on the role of administration executive.
Working closely with experienced sales negotiator Jill Metcalfe, Adayna will focus on building up applicant lists for properties, matching customers’ specific property requirements and developing her system management skills.
Adayna said: “My mum has worked in estate agency all her life and I’ve always wanted to get involved in the industry so this job is perfect for me!
“When I discovered that Ellis Winters & Co were opening in March, I contacted director Mike Ellis and asked if I could apply for a job. I was successful and now here I am, learning from some of the best people in the business and building my knowledge and confidence on a daily basis.”
Mike Ellis added: “It’s great to have a young person like Adayna on board. She’s the future talent of our industry so having the chance to show her how we work, with a focus unrivalled customer service, is a real pleasure. She’s a quick learner and has already settled in very well with the team here.
“Natasha brings with her a wealth of experience in local estate agency so has hit the ground running which is just what we need. Both she and Adayna are proving to be real assets to the business in just a short space of time.”
Mayor Rob Skoulding officially opened the March office of Ellis Winters & Co on Friday 25th September. The company now has three offices across the region employing 40 full- and part-time staff.
Concludes Mike: “I’m certain we will be recruiting again in the next few months as the business and brand become more established here in March. We’ve had a very positive response since we opened and have already been asked when and where our fourth branch will be located!”
