POLICE trying to trace a missing Wisbech teenager have received new information about a sighting of her.

Officers previously believed Latvian Alisa Dmitrijeva (17) was last seen leaving the College of West Anglia on September 1. Further checks have now established the last sighting of Alisa was on the evening of August 30 and the following day in Friars Street, Kings Lynn.

Officers continue to carry out enquiries, checking CCTV and speaking to those who know Alisa.

Posters are being distributed in and around the Wisbech area.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who has seen Alisa or has any information as to her whereabouts.

DI Jon McAdam said: “We now know that Alisa was last seen in King’s Lynn but we need to trace her whereabouts over the past couple of weeks.

“It is unlike Alisa not to keep in touch with her family and we are concerned for her welfare.

“I would urge anyone who saw her in King’s Lynn or has seen her since to contact police.”

Anyone with information should call DI McAdam on 0345-4564564 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800-555111.
