Fenland youngsters were able to take a bite out of the Big Apple during a recent visit.
A total of 92 Year 11 pupils and 12 staff members from Cromwell Community College enjoyed a tour of New York last month.
Departing on February 14, the group were able to visit some of the city’s most famous sights and created life long memories.
Teenagers admired the Empire State Building, the Rockefeller Center along with enjoying a Circle Tours river cruise of Manhattan. A visit to the Museum of Natural History, which is famous for the Ben Stiller movie ‘Night in The Museum’ helped to complete a week of American culture for the Chatteris party.
A spokesman for the school has praised youngsters. He said: “Once again for the fifth year running Cromwell pupils were praised by the Skyline hotel staff and United Airlines for their exemplary behaviour.” Youngsters from the school are pictured above with the New York skyline PICTURE: SUPPLIED
