ROUND Two winners of the search for the Fenland Child of 2011 were presented with their portraits on Thursday.

The presentation was made at the Citizen’s March office by receptionist Pat Lilley making it one of her last duties before the March office closed on Friday.

Imogen Kirby, of March, was the winner of the baby to 18 months section, Finlay Bulbeck, of Chatteris, won the boys’ 18 months to five years category while Ellie Irons-smith was the girls’ 18 months to fives years winner.

All three have received 20x16 framed canvas texture portraits worth £180 each for being round winners after being photographed at a photo shoot by Premier Promotions at the March Westgate store.

They now go through to the grand final later in the year.

This year, due to the proposed closure of the March Westgate Store, there will only be one more round and this will be held at the Wisbech Westgate store in Church Terrace.

Details of the final qualifying round will be given nearer the time.

Up for grabs for the overall winner is a £500 holiday voucher, courtesy of Co-operative Travel at Wisbech.
