Spicer McColl has expanded its team in Wisbech to help meet a substantial increase in demand for properties in the town.
The long-established award-winning branch, which is based in Wisbech, has appointed 25 year-old Katie Holmes as sales negotiator. Katie arrives at Spicer McColl after working in customer service and sales for the last eight years.
At the same time, Kirsty Young has been promoted to the role of Sales Progressor. Kirsty joined Spicer McColl three years ago and has since proved to be a huge asset to the nine-strong team, which is headed by David Cummings.
Explained David Cummings, Branch Manager: “We have experienced a substantial increase in activity levels since the start of the year and decided to increase the team to help meet the upsurge in demand from both buyers and sellers. Katie has already proved to be a welcome addition to the Spicer McColl team and I am extremely confident she will go on to enjoy a long and successful career with the company.”
Spicer McColl Wisbech had its busiest month of the year in June with valuations, instructions and sales all up on the same time last year. The branch is forecast to sell some £30 million worth of property during 2013.
