Cat lovers from across Fenland found a ‘purrfect’ way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Barbara McEwen once again organised the popular annual cat show in Tydd St Giles Community Centre.
Scores of people went along to the event to admire the fantastic felines while also picking up a bargain on the series of stalls.
Judges had a difficult job of assessing the 63 cats which had been entered into the show.
Tortoiseshell Zendique Jene Jenie was named the overall exotic section winner on the day.
Grand Champion and Imperial Premier Vivaldi Teddy-Boyes was awarded the overall winner’s title for the Persian category.
Imperial Grand Master Cat Rosnia won the non-pedigree title.
Mrs McEwen said numbers were a little down but was pleased with the day’s success.
She said: “Everyone enjoyed it and we have had some nice comments.”
