More than 100 students attended Marshland High School’s prom on Friday evening (June 19).
They arrived at the West Walton school in a variety of transport – including a fire engine, classic vehicles, sports cars and a horse and carriage.
The prom – for school leavers in Year 11 – was organised by members of staff and Year 11 students.
There was a masquerade theme to the decoration of the school hall for the event and a spokesperson said: “A number of students had a massive input with the theme, creating beautiful masks in their spare time.
“They were brilliant. Staff got involved and served soft drinks and everyone stayed to the very end.
“There was a super atmosphere.”
