Have your say

IF you wear glasses and wish you could experience the freedom of seeing without them, then contact lenses may be for you.

“Contact lenses? Those uncomfortable pieces of plastic which sometimes fall out and everyone is on their hands and knees looking for them?”

Those days are long gone. New generation soft contact lenses are moist, flexible secure and, for most people, very easy to get on with.

If you choose Dailies AquaComfort lenses you don’t even need to clean them.

Why contact lenses? You may want to be able to play sport or go out to a restaurant without having to wear spex.

You may be self-conscious about wearing glasses. For teenagers the freedom of not wearing glasses can have a life changing effect on their self-esteem and confidence.

While modern frames are very fashionable you may just want to have the choice of not having to wear them all the time. You don‘t have to wear contact lenses all the time. Wear daily soft lenses sometimes and glasses another.

Coley Opticians, at 30 Broad Street, March, can fit most people with contact lenses.

On Saturday, March 26, Coley Opticians is holding a contact lens ‘Big Fit Day’. Go along to the shop and try contact lenses for yourself.

Three qualified opticians will be available to discuss contact lenses with you, show you how easy it is to handle them and you could even walk away with lenses there and then. Light refreshments will also be served.

For more information, contact Coley Opticians on 01354 653393 or call into the store.

The Citizen has teamed up with Coley Opticians to give away a year’s supply of contact lenses, worth more than £300.
