Turning a board room into a pop-up coffee shop helped raise cash for local cancer patients.

Staff at the Wisbech branch of chartered accountants Bulley Davey held a coffee morning at their offices in The Crescent as part of Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning event – and raised £500.

Clients and shoppers popped into enjoy a slice of cake and a cuppa at the event, which was part of a year-long fundraising partnership between Bulley Davey and Macmillan Cancer Support which was voted for by staff.

Jessica Levin, local fundraising manager for Macmillan said: “It’s great to hear about all the coffee mornings that were held in the local area. We are hoping this year will be the best yet and we really cannot thank the local community enough for their support.”
