Actors in Wisbech will be marking the centenary of the First World War with a special production next week.
The Wisbech Players will be putting on a production of Journey’s End at the Angles Theatre.
The group will begin its five day run at the theatre on Tuesday, November 11.
Gordon Ringrose, chairman of Wisbech Players, said: “The powerful story has an all male cast of 12 and will tug at your emotions.”
The story plays out in the officers’ dugout over four days in 1918, during the run-up to the real-life events of Operation Michael, a German military operation which was launched around the Somme sector.
Tickets cost £11 with concessions of £9. To book call: 01945 47 44 47.
