A lucky Horsefair shopper had an extra birthday treat last week when she was shopping at the centre.

Dora Lund-beck was visiting the Horsefair with her husband Steve when their car was chosen at random to win prizes as part of the centre’s new car sticker competition.

Dora and Steve won a grocery hamper courtesy of the Co-op and well as a VIP parking permit to have completely unlimited parking for all of 2015.

Centre manager at the Horsefair, Kevin Smith, commented: “Our car sticker campaign has been received incredibly well. We’re noticing more and more cars with the stickers each week. It’s great timing that it was Dora’s birthday when she won. I hope that she and Steve thoroughly enjoy all the goodies in their hamper and I look forward to seeing them at the Horsefair next year making the most of their free, unrestricted parking!”

To celebrate the run up to Christmas, two more cars will be chosen in December who will also win gifts and VIP parking permits. The next car selected will win a six month VIP parking permit and a gift from Boots, and the final car will win a three month VIP parking permit and a present from the Kiosk on the bus station.

The Horsefair car stickers will continue throughout 2015 with one car selected at random in the car park each month to win a prize from one of the centre’s retailers. To be in with a chance of winning, collect a free vinyl sticker from the Kiosk at the bus station and display it in your car!
