ON Friday November 25 at 3pm an elderly woman tripped and fell close to W H Smith.
Two women kindly came to her assistance and helped her to the Horse Fair taxi rank.
A woman taxi driver then drove her to North Brink surgery. She was admitted to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at King’s Lynn that night due to the head injury and a fractured wrist.
The woman concerned and her family are very grateful for everyone’s kind assistance. We would be pleased if those who helped could contact us via the Citizen with any information regarding details of the fall. Many thanks again to all concerned.
