How fantastic to see the intrepid Duncan Paul off on his travels again, off to the South seas. While the rest of us will be suffering the winter weather, he will be diving and surveying coral reefs and hoping to see a Sperm Whale,
I wonder how many of us in Wisbech have ever seen a whale let alone tried to see one of a particular species even though we live so close to the sea and see the tides change every day?
My children and I will be checking the Oceanswatch website for the voyage updates.
I wonder if any schools/colleges have invited this well-travelled conservationist to give a talk? My sons would love to meet him.
