TWO members of Wisbech MMA Club Avaddon are taking part in a cage fighting event being held in Lowestoft on Saturday.
Jay Cucciniello will be fighting in a 70kg semi-pro fight against local fighter Craig Lewis and clubmate Lee Waters will be fighting in an amateur bout agaist Rizwan Safdar from the Midlands.
The club is held at the Hudson Leisure Centre on Mondays and Thursdays from 8.00pm to 9.30pm and has been running for 18 months. It has a good range of members with varying standards so all newcomers and the more experienced are welcome.
MMA is a mixture of boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and brazilian ju jitsu and is a great way to keep fit in general.
