ENGLAND youth pool player James Ripley was in the winning team in the team speed final at the European Championships at Selsey.
The 15-year-old from Elm also came close to picking up two other titles at the championships when beaten finalist in both the pairs final and the team final, losing out to Wales.

Ripley, who attends the Thomas Clarkson Community College at Wisbech, plays for Supercue in the Wisbech Cherry Automatics League on Sunday and Wednesday.
