CHATTERIS Town have made the perfect start to their move to Cambs League Senior B with three wins out of three to top the table.
Steve Saunders’ side had a 3-2 win over Cottenham United Reserves on Saturday to follow the midweek 2-0 win against Littleport Reserves – both at West Street.

In contrast Outwell Swifts have had a poor start with three defeats in three games to leave them at the foot of the table. They lost 3-2 at home to Linton Granta on Saturday to follow up a 2-0 defeat at Blunstisham in midweek.

March Town Reserves suffered their first defeat of the season at Soham, losing 5-3 after a 1-1 draw against West Row Gunners in midweek with a Chris Hutchcraft goal.

Wisbech Town Reserves have started the season well in Senior A but had to battle back to earn a point in the 2-2 draw at Comberton on Saturday after trailing 2-0.

Aaron McKenna and Sam Cubberley scored the goals to earn the point and maintain their unbeaten start to the season.

In midweek they had a 3-1 win at Soham Town Reserves with Kevin Smith hitting a brace and Cubberley again on target.
