Leverington's poor run of form continued on Saturday as Sandringham won by 89 runs.
Leverington fielded first and Sandringham were in deep trouble at 60-6 but Leverington could not push home their advantage.
Simon Gilbert 2-23 and Stewart Cuthill 2-28 were the pick of the bowlers. Sandringham recovered to 178 in their 45 overs.
Leverington started brightly with Ian Cooper 20 and Simon Gilbert 19 putting on 50 for the first wicket but after that only Jacques Steynberg 12 got into double figures as Leverington made only 89.
This result means Leverington slip into the relegation spots and next week does not get any easier as they take on run-away leaders Grimston.
