Papworth 2, Chatteris 2

For the second time this season Chatteris held league leaders Papworth to a 2-2 draw after coming from behind twice.

Tigers fell behind to a direct free kick but equalised close on half-time when a quick short free kick led to a Jackson cross for Tyler Crane to head home.

Sloppy defending and Chatteris went behind again only for a Ransome cross to find Gary Jackson to fire home first time. Man of match was the hard-working Karl Anderson.

Chatteris Town White 1, Godmanchester 1

The Chatteris’ keeper bravely intercepted many Godmanchester attempts, while the Chatteris attack was largely unsuccessful.

Godmanchester did score with a wind-aided, looping ball over the keeper in the first half, whilst Charlie Pitt scored from a free kick in the second half.

WSM played a good game, scoring three goals in the first half.

In the second half they upped the game and got a further eight goals.

Arnas Sinevicius and Terry Wilmott scored a hat-tricks, with other goals from Sam Knott 2, Robbie Knight, Luke Foster and Aidan Sewell.. Lee Reis was man of match.

Whittlesey 0, Outwell Swifts 4

A hard fought test for Outwell who were put under presure by Whittlesey.

A dominant performance in midfield by Toby Allen saw Outwell take control. Man of the match was Vinnie Hedgecock who worked hard from start to finish. Goals came from Allen 2, Thomas Robinson and Mathew Snowden.

Riverside Rovers 1

Leverington played some good football and created chances to earn themselves an impressive scoreline.

The defence was once again strong. T Wiles, J Towson, D Carmen, L Savage (mom) all scored hat-tricks, and other scorers were: L Dennis, L Stearne, C Rackley.

WSM Yellow 6, Thurlby Tigers 1

A convincing first half performance saw Saints lead 4-0 with goals coming from Rob Thompson, Ethan Goodale, Reece Hughes and an own goal.

The second half saw Saints push forward and were rewarded with further goals from Hughes and Goodale. Thurlby Tigers scored a consolation goal and also had a penalty saved by Jack Gorman. Jamie Blades was man of match.

March SS B 13, Outwell Swifts 0

A wonderful team display led to a brilliant result for March to move them up to third in the table.

Goals scored by Sam Smethurst (mom) 4, Kyle Liddy 4, Caimen Campbell 3 and Fyn Smith 2.
